To ensure road safety and compliance, and depending on the type of trailer you choose. Your tiny home can weigh anywhere up to 4500kgs with a typical trailer design. However you can increase your allowance by upgrading the trailer to accommodate the extra weight.
If your planning to have your tiny home plumbed into a mains sewer or septic system, our homes come with a single discharge point ready for your local plumber to connect into.

Yes, every home we build is insulated in the walls and ceiling. Floor insulation and double glazed windows are also a very common inclusion for our homes.
If you choose to use gas in your tiny home, whether its used to run your hot water system, oven or stovetop, we provide a regulated LPG gas fitting to connect straight to any LPG gas bottle.
The most common connection to water for tiny homes is via a garden hose.

Most of our tiny homes connect to electricity via a 240v extension lead similar to a caravan. A minimum supply of 15amp is normally enough to power a tiny home with the standard appliances.

Yes we do, as well as Australia-wide delivery we make it easy for our interstate clients during the home build as well, with daily updates and communication through our client specific web portal.
Our payment plan divides the payment instalments into 4 sections much like a conventional house build.
Stage 1 - 25% This finalises your layout and design, locks in a build slot and gets your trailer built.
Stage 2 - 25% This commences framing, external cladding, internal cladding, roughing in power and water services.
Stage 3 - 25% This fits out the tiny home with internal cabinetry, bathroom finishes, fix off internal trims, flooring, fit-off electrical and plumbing etc.
Stage 4 - 25% This completes the home, and delivery can be organised.
No, as they are classified as a caravan in Australia, council approval isn’t required for tiny homes because they are built on wheels.
But there is some local council level regulation regarding caravans/tiny homes that will need to be considered. Most councils and states have different regulations around living in tiny homes, therefore there is no easy answer for these questions, but we recommend that you contact your local council for current laws and requirements.
Tiny homes are classified as caravans, and those built within certain criteria are legal for anyone to tow on the road providing your tow vehicle is capable of towing it safely.
To ensure compliance with road legal requirements: The maximum height is 4.3m; The maximum width is 2.5m; The maximum length of home footprint is 9m. The maximum weight is 4500kgs.
